Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and communication-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our Executive Assistant in managing a range of administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be confident in client-facing communications, including cold calling, and will use a compatible headset with excellent sound quality to ensure professional and clear outreach. This role requires multitasking across administrative, research, and client engagement responsibilities with efficiency and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to clients and stakeholders through phone,
Cold Calling & Outreach: Engage in outbound calls to prospective clients or partners using a high-quality, compatible headset to ensure clear, effective communication.

Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the Executive Assistant and team.

Research Management: Conduct research and compile reports to support decision-making processes.
Tech Proficiency: Utilize software tools and platforms effectively to streamline operations.
Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Project Support: Provide assistance with project management tasks, tracking progress, and coordinating with tea
Requirements:
-Microsoft Office: Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
-Google Workspace: Experienced with Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar.
-Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
-Cold Calling Communication: Demonstrated experience in conducting outbound cold calls with a professional and persuasive approach, utilizing a compatible headset with high-quality sound.
-Calendar Management: Strong ability to manage and organize complex schedules.
-Research Management: Ability to conduct detailed and accurate research.
-Tech Proficiency: Comfortable navigating a variety of digital tools and software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer outreach, cold calling, or inside sales environments.
Prior experience working in a remote team or virtual call setting.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
