ROSE INJECTABLES — Virtual Assistant (Video Editing + Operations)
Part-Time | Remote | Long-Term | Start Immediately

WHO WE ARE
Rose Injectables is a physician-led women’s health and aesthetic boutique in Colorado Springs and Cañon City, CO.

Founded by Dr. Liz Rose Knies, M.D. — board-certified physician and aesthetics specialist — we are more than a medspa.

We serve women from 16+ states, hold a 5.0 Google rating with 425+ reviews, and have trained 5,000+ providers nationwide. We are growing fast and need a sharp, reliable VA to grow with us.

OUR 2026 STANDARD: CONSISTENCY.

We need someone who executes the same high standard perfectly, every time.

THE ROLE — HOW IT GROWS
This is a long-term position that starts with one responsibility and expands as you prove your skills.

PHASE 1 (Start): Video Content Editing
• Edit short-form Instagram Reels from raw 4K iPhone footage per our Brand Playbook
• Use Meta Reels Editor (preferred) or CapCut Pro
• Apply our 5-Part Video Structure with on-screen hook word overlays
• Generate, proofread, and burn in closed captions — brand fonts and colors only
• Write Instagram captions in brand voice with correct hashtags and landing page links
• Submit via Slack and Dropbox — detailed playbook provided
• KPI: 0–1 revisions per video. Bonus affected by 2+ revisions.

PHASE 2 (Added after Phase 1 mastered): Email Management
• Manage Dr. Liz’s email using our GPS category system (!1Liz ? 8Delete)
• Draft professional responses on behalf of Dr. Liz — correct English required
• Flag critical emails immediately; manage travel and event calendar updates across Zenoti, Cozi, and gmail calendars
• Notify tea ---------- mbers of schedule changes

PHASE 3 (Added after Phase 2 mastered): Outreach & Lead Support
• Follow up with new patient leads via email and Jotform — warm, professional English
• Support appointment booking via Zenoti
• Assist with 2x/month newsletter production and content calendar maintenance
• Report weekly on leads, consultations, and conversions

REQUIREMENTS — NON-NEGOTIABLE
-Excellent written and spoken English — you will write for our brand and communicate with real patients
-Reliable high-speed internet on home computer-not cell phone (include a Speedtest screenshot with your application)
- Full dedication during your Rose Injectables hours — no other clients simultaneously
-Willingness to follow a detailed playbook exactly
- Honest communication — ask before you guess

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Portfolio of short-form video edits (Reels, TikTok, or similar)
• Experience managing an executive’s email inbox
• Health, wellness, beauty, or medical aesthetic experience a plus
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite / Instagram best practices

TOOLS YOU WILL USE

HOURS & PAY
• Start: 10–15 hours per week, growing to 20+ as phases expand
• Base rate + bonus/commission tied to KPIs
• Rate increases with each phase progression. Pay is bi-monthly.
