Job Title
Virtual Assistant – Content & Operations Support (Part-Time, Growth Opportunity)
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a growing coaching and content-driven business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping entrepreneurs organize projects, manage digital platforms, and keep content flowing smoothly.
This position will start at approximately 10 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours as the business grows.
Responsibilities
Tasks may include:
• Organizing podcast notes and coordinating content clips
• Scheduling social media posts
• Formatting and scheduling emails in Mailchimp
• Light updates to Shopify products or pages
• Organizing digital files and folders
• Assisting with basic engagement and messages
• Occasional administrative support
You will primarily help implement and organize content that has already been created.
Tools We Use
Experience with any of these is helpful but not required:
• Canva
• Mailchimp
• Shopify
• Google Drive / Docs
• Social media platforms
A willingness to learn quickly and solve problems independently is highly valued.
