Key Responsibilities
Manage scheduling and calendars

Support special and ad-hoc projects
Qualifications
Strong written and spoken English
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Experience with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
Familiar with invoicing and basic bookkeeping
Reliable internet and professional home office
Proactive and dependable work style
Preferred
Experience in home care, healthcare, or service businesses
Basic design skills (Canva, PowerPoint)
