We’re looking for a reliable, sharp, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help run the day-to-day backend of the business so the owner can focus on growth.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You will work directly with the owner and act as a key support role in daily operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Answer and manage customer texts, calls, and emails professionally

Schedule jobs and manage the calendar

Send invoices, follow up on payments, and track job completion

Update CRM / job management system with notes and photos

Handle customer follow-ups, confirmations, and review requests

Assist with simple bookkeeping and organization

Manage internal checklists and SOPs

Support marketing follow-ups (texts, emails, reminders)

Keep things organized, clean, and on time

You are the glue that keeps operations tight.

Requirements

Strong written and spoken English

Stable internet and quiet work environment

Comfortable with:

Google Docs / Sheets

Scheduling tools

CRM systems (or willing to learn fast)

Available during U.S. business hours

Willing to sign a confidentiality / non-disclosure agreement
