Role Summary:
This role supports Customer Success Managers (CSMs) by owning administrative, data, and quality-assurance work across customer accounts. By handling execution and documentation, this role allows CSMs to focus on adoption, proactive engagement, and renewals.
This is an offshore, full-time role focused on accuracy, consistency, and operational support.
What You’ll Do
Customer Data & CRM Support:
-Collect and maintain customer business, store, and POS data
-Keep customer records updated in HubSpot
-Track missing assets and required information
-Maintain onboarding, expansion, and optimization checklists
Store Setup & QA Support:
-Collect POS and store configuration requirements
-Run menu sync checks and identify setup gaps
-Prepare store readiness checklists
-Perform standard QA checks (menus, promos, delivery zones, order flow)
-Document findings and link related support tickets
Reporting & Business Review Prep:
-Pull usage dashboards (orders, traffic, promotions)
-Gather GA and GSC snapshots
-Prepare KPI summaries and before/after comparisons
-Populate templated slide decks for QBRs and EBRs
Adoption & Health Monitoring:
-Review monthly usage and flag adoption gaps
-Update optimization audits and health fields
-Track customer progress against defined KPIs
Customer Communications (Template-Based):
-Send reminders for missing information or tasks
-Share standard setup and configuration instructions
-Coordinate meeting scheduling
-All communication is non-strategic and template-driven
What We’re Looking For:
-Strong attention to detail and process discipline
-Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
-Comfortable working with dashboards, screenshots, and slide decks
-Able to follow SOPs and templates consistently
-Clear written and verbal communication skills
-Experience with SaaS, POS, or multi-location retail is a plus
-Dependable and reliable
