Virtual Assistant – Lead Generation & Digital Operations Support
Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our lead-generation systems, content production, and day-to-day digital operations. If you thrive in a results-oriented environment, love systems, and enjoy mastering new tools, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Support lead-generation campaigns, follow-up tasks, and content workflows
- Use ChatGPT/AI tools daily for drafting, research, and content creation
- Repurpose videos into short-form clips (reels, shorts, highlights)
- Create graphics for social media, presentations, and course materials
- Manage and schedule content across multiple social platforms
- Upload course materials, organize assets, and maintain clean shared folders
- Assist with admin tasks: scheduling, inbox tasks, file organization, documentation
- Follow SOPs, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met

- Must work some hours that overlap with U.S. (7 pm-midnight EST)
