We're a fast-scaling eCommerce brand. We move fast, test aggressively, and reward execution over excuses.

We're looking for a Systems & Operations Virtual Assistant - someone who's obsessed with organization, loves building systems in ClickUp/Notion/Sheets, and can handle high-volume outreach and data tracking without dropping the ball.

If you're the person who gets excited about clean spreadsheets, automated workflows, and turning chaos into order - this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

High-Volume Outreach (50% of your time)
- Reach out to ---------- + people per day (influencers, creators, potential partners) across Instagram, TikTok, and email
- Track every interaction in Google Sheets or ClickUp - replies, follow-ups, conversion status
- Follow up consistently until you get a yes or a hard no

Systems & Data Management (50% of your time)
- Build and maintain trackers in Google Sheets, ClickUp, and Notion
- Update dashboards daily with KPIs, project timelines, and team deliverables
- Organize task lists, priorities, and deadlines for the team
- Flag what's falling behind and follow up with tea ---------- mbers to keep things moving

You're Not Just Doing Tasks - You're Building Systems
- We need someone who sees a messy process and thinks: "I can make this 10x cleaner"
- You'll help us automate repetitive work using AI tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, and others
- You'll create templates, checklists, and SOPs so everything runs smoothly without constant oversight

REQUIREMENTS

Must Have:
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Google Sheets expert - you know formulas, conditional formatting, data validation, and can build trackers from scratch
- ClickUp or Notion power user - you've built dashboards, automations, or project management systems before
- High-volume execution capability - you can handle ---------- outreach messages per day without losing quality
- Extremely organized - you love checklists, follow-ups, and accountability
- Fast communication - you respond quickly and keep us updated
- Full-time availability - EST or IST time zones preferred

- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Zapier, ---------- )
- Built systems for eCommerce, agencies, or high-growth startups
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Worked in influencer outreach or affiliate marketing
- Know how to scrape data or build simple automations
