**???? Hiring: Experienced CPA / Bookkeeper (Remote – Philippines)**
We are seeking a highly skilled **CPA / Bookkeeper** to join our finance team as a **subcontractor**. This is a **remote role** supporting an Australian business. Only candidates meeting **all of the strict requirements below** should apply.
**???? Role Requirements:**
* **100% fluent in English** – spoken and written
* **Formal accounting qualification** (CPA preferred)
* **Minimum 5 years of professional bookkeeping experience** – *if you do not have 5 years’ experience, do not apply*
* **Xero experience required**
* Ability to **calculate gross margin, COGS, and other key financial metrics**
* Must have a **highly professional attitude** – punctual, reliable, detail-oriented
**???? Important:**
* Candidates will be **tested at the start of the interview** to confirm qualifications, experience, and English fluency.
* During the interview, you will be asked to **talk about yourself for 1 minute** in English.
* You must be ready to **start at 8:50 AM AEST** for a 9:00 AM start – punctuality is essential.
**???? Role Details:**
* You will **work full-time** – this role is not suitable for part-time or casual applicants
* You will be working under the Directors of Top Bookkeepers
* You will be preparing financial Accounts for the business
* You will be doing invoicing for the business
* You will be speaking with clients and resolving issues with them.
* You will be providing administrative tasks for the directors
* You will be integrated into our team – **no hidden roles**
