JOB OVERVIEW

• Manage architectural design and construction projects from design development through completion.
• Prepare design, tender, contract, and working drawings, specifications, and related documents.
• Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure designs and construction works comply with relevant codes, regulations, and authority requirements.
• Monitor project progress, submissions, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct site meetings, inspections, and site walks to monitor construction progress and quality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and resolve design or site issues effectively.
• Assist the Principal Architect with contract administration and project coordination.
