JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring motivated, reliable, and well-spoken bookers from the Philippines to help schedule appointments for our insurance team.

This is a remote position where your main role will be contacting leads, following a script, confirming basic information, and booking qualified appointments for a manager/agent to meet with clients over Zoom.

Responsibilities:

Contact leads through phone, text, and/or messaging platforms
Follow a provided script professionally
Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
Confirm appointment times and make sure clients show up
Keep track of booked appointments and daily activity
Communicate clearly with the manager/team

Requirements:

Good English communication skills
Reliable internet connection
Laptop or computer
Comfortable making calls and sending messages
Organized, consistent, and coachable
Previous appointment setting, cold calling, or VA experience is a plus but not required

Schedule:
Remote position. Must be available to work U.S. time zone hours.

Pay:
Base pay plus performance bonuses. High performers can earn more based on booked and completed appointments. High base pay With commission.
