About The Role
We are hiring a highly driven Virtual Operations Lead to take ownership of daily execution across our fast-growing co-living and short-term rental business.
This is a senior remote leadership role for someone who has a strong bias for action, exceptional execution skills, and a deep sense of ownership.
You will oversee operations across multiple hosting platforms, lead and motivate remote teams, resolve escalations, and ensure that the business runs smoothly every day.
This role comes with significant decision-making authority and clear long-term growth opportunities.
Work Schedule
Monday to Saturday
8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST
Sunday off (on call only for very urgent operational issues)
Compensation
$1,200 USD per month
Perks include additional performance bonus, yearly bonus and annual salary reviews (based on performace and contribution to the team)

? Core Responsibilities
? Multi-Platform Hosting Oversight
Supervise hosting operations across platforms such as Airbnb, Expedia, PadSplit, and other booking channels
Ensure listings are managed properly and operational standards are maintained
Oversee guest experience, occupancy flow, booking extensions, and issue resolution
Monitor platform performance and ensure timely responses to guest and resident concerns
? Team Leadership & Execution
Lead, motivate, and supervise Virtual Assistants and Team Leaders
Drive accountability and ensure tasks are completed to standard
Identify performance gaps and implement improvements
Maintain high team productivity and operational discipline
? Hiring & Team Growth
Participate in recruiting and hiring new Virtual Assistants
Support onboarding and integration of new tea
Help build a strong and scalable operations team
Operational Decision Making
Resolve escalations involving guests, residents, payments, maintenance, and logistics
Take initiative to solve problems quickly and effectively
Enforce company policies and operational standards
Escalate only major financial or strategic issues
Systems & Process Ownership
Monitor workflows and operational boards (e.g.,
Ensure accurate tracking of occupancy, collections, maintenance, and cleaning
Recommend and implement process improvements
Drive efficiency and automation where possible
Financial & Administrative Coordination
Liaise with the company accountant to provide operational clarifications
Assist in resolving payment questions and operational discrepancies
Support accurate reporting and documentation across teams
