Paramount Consulting Group is a U.S.-based consulting firm specializing in healthcare licensing, compliance, and staffing support. We are looking for a reliable, proactive Virtual Assistant to help with administrative and marketing tasks. This is a long-term, part-time role with growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks
Respond to
Answer or return client calls and schedule meetings
Create and send invoices
Organize digital files (Google Drive)
Monitor task progress and follow up on outstanding items
Assist with onboarding documentation and internal forms
Marketing Tasks
Create basic graphics using Canva (social media posts, proposals, etc.)
Help format brochures, presentations, and reports
Support
Conduct online research on trends, competitors, or state regulations
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Experience using Canva or similar tools
Available to work U.S. Central Time (minimum overlap of 4 hours/day)
Prior experience supporting U.S.-based companies is a plus
Work Schedule & Compensation:
Part-Time: 25 hours/week
Schedule: Flexible, but must overlap with U.S. Central Time (CST) hours
Pay: $400/month
Paid Philippine holidays
