JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Virtual Administrative Assistant to support a growing social media influencer and digital brand. The ideal candidate understands the fast-paced creator economy and is comfortable managing daily administrative, content, affiliate-marketing, and e-commerce tasks across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily schedules, calendars, deadlines, and reminders
Organize emails, digital files, content assets, contracts, and brand information
Maintain content calendars and coordinate posts across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
Upload, schedule, format, and organize social media content
Assist with captions, hashtags, links, product tagging, and basic engagement
Update and maintain ShopMy and LTK storefronts
Add and organize products in the Amazon Storefront
Create, update, and verify affiliate links
Monitor links, promotions, product availability, and campaign deadlines
Track brand partnerships, deliverables, payments, and performance
Prepare basic reports on affiliate sales, content performance, and campaign results
Communicate professionally with brands, partners, and other tea ---------- mbers
Research products, trends, content ideas, and collaboration opportunities
Help improve workflows, checklists, and operating systems
Handle other administrative and creator-support tasks as needed

Qualifications
Previous experience supporting a social media influencer, content creator, personal brand, or digital business
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Comfortable learning new platforms and solving routine technical issues
Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently
Good judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
Familiarity with affiliate marketing and sponsored-content workflows
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and content management
