Job Title: Virtual / Administrative Assistant
Location: Remote (Philippines Preferred)

Reports To: Operations Manager / CEO
Position Summary
ATN Healthcare is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual/Administrative Assistant to support our growing healthcare organization. This role provides administrative, operational, and customer service support to ensure efficient day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, tech-savvy, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
Coordinate virtual meetings and prepare agendas and meeting notes.
Organize digital files and maintain accurate records.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy.
Handle confidential information with professionalism.
Communication
Answer and route
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, caregivers, vendors, and referral partners.
Follow up on pending requests and ensure timely responses.
Operations Support
Assist with onboarding new employees and contractors.
Maintain electronic personnel and client files.
Support scheduling and staffing activities.
Track tasks, deadlines, and operational projects.
Update CRM, EHR, and internal databases.
Customer Service
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and business partners.
Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.
Escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Additional Duties
Conduct internet research and compile findings.
Assist with social media posting and basic marketing tasks.
Coordinate travel arrangements when needed.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
Excellent written and spoken English.
Minimum 2 years of administrative or virtual assistant experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to learn healthcare software quickly
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting a U.S.-based company.
Experience in healthcare, home care, home health, or medical administration.
Familiarity with HIPAA and handling confidential information.
Experience with scheduling, recruiting, or customer support.
Work Schedule
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Must be available to work U.S. business hours (Mountain or Pacific Time)
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Quiet, professional home office environment
Backup internet and power source preferred
