About the Role
The Virtual Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing the full acquisitions process, identifying real opportunities, engaging with agents, evaluating deals, submitting offers, and moving qualified leads toward signed contracts. You play a critical role in generating consistent deal flow and ensuring our wholesaling operations run smoothly

Responsibilities
1. Daily Agent Outreach: Call, text, and email agents to source off-market and pocket listings and present our buying criteria.
2. Lead Qualification: Review opportunities, evaluate fit, and record all details and next steps in GoHighLevel (CRM).
3. Offers & Negotiation: Prepare and submit offers, negotiate terms, and follow up until accepted or closed out.
4. Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline, update KPIs, and ensure each lead has clear next actions.
5. Relationship Building: Develop strong, professional relationships with agents to increase repeat deal flow.

Requirements

1. Strong, clear-spoken English with a professional phone presence
2. Experience in real estate wholesaling, acquisitions, or agent outreach (REQUIRED)
3. CRM experience (GoHighLevel preferred)
4. Confident negotiation and communication skills
5. Highly organized and detail-oriented
6. Reliable and fast internet connection
