JOB OVERVIEW

Overview

We are assembling a small, high-performance team for a large-scale generative media project.
We are looking for a viral-focused social media expert who deeply understands trend mechanics, short-form content algorithms, and how music spreads across platforms.
You will be working alongside a multi-million dollar team on a long-term, scalable digital initiative.
This is not a basic content scheduling role.

This is a trend intelligence and viral systems role.
Starting compensation is $300/month with performance-based raises and long-term growth opportunities for high performers.
We are looking for operators, not task-completers.

Core Skills Required
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Ability to identify trends early (before peak saturation)
• Strong pattern recognition
• Understanding of viral sound mechanics
• Experience analyzing music-related content performance
• Data-driven decision making
• Organized workflow and reporting ability
• Fluent written English

What You Will Be Responsible For
• Identifying emerging music trends across platforms
• Reverse-engineering viral content formats
• Analyzing sound growth velocity
• Finding underserved micro-niches
• Creating structured weekly trend reports
• Recommending content strategies for maximum reach
• Monitoring engagement metrics and adjusting strategy
• Testing and iterating content frameworks

Ideal Candidate Profile
• Has managed or grown social media accounts
• Understands algorithm behavior beyond surface level
• Can explain why content performs, not just that it performed
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured reporting
• Highly self-directed
• Performance-oriented mindset
