JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing eCommerce brand that produces high-volume Meta ads and is seeking an exceptionally skilled Paid Social Creative Editor who can produce AI-enhanced video ads and static creatives at scale. This role is for someone who understands direct-response marketing, fast-paced iteration, and AI generation workflows, not basic aesthetic editing. What you will do:
Create high-volume paid social videos (UGC-style, product demos, problem–solution, voiceover visuals, testimonial edits).
Generate AI-powered visuals using tools like:
Google VEO 3
Higgsfield
Google Gemini
AI UGC avatar tools
AI image generators
Build static ads using a mix of AI visuals + our existing asset library.
Receive a creative brief (concept, angle, script) and independently produce:
3–10 video variations
5–20 static image variations
Rapid iterations based on feedback and performance data
Add engaging on-screen text, captions, VFX, and sound design.
Incorporate our pre-existing footage + newly generated AI elements.
Help conceptualize ideas that improve CTR, hook rate, thumbstop ratio, and ROAS.
Deliver creatives in a Meta-native format (short form, mobile-first, bold text, fast pacing).

Required Skills + Experience (please do not apply if you don't meet the criteria):

Direct-Response Creative Editing
Knowledge of high-performing Meta ads formats
Strong understanding of: Hooks, Pacing, Retention strategy, CTA placement AI Video & Image Generation (Advanced)
Strong prompting abilities
Ability to generate:, AI actors/UGC avatars, AI B-roll, AI product shots *
Workflow experience (storyboarding, prompt crafting, refining, upscaling)
Technical Editing Software Skills
Adobe Premiere Pro
CapCut Desktop
DaVinci Resolve
Final Cut Pro
Photoshop, Canva, or Figma for static ads
Ability to sync voiceovers and maintain pacing
Paid Social Creative Knowledge
Understanding of creative testing
Ability to interpret creative performance metrics like: Hook rate, Thumbstop percentage, CTR, Watch-time dropoff
Work Speed
MUST be able to produce high-volume output daily
Must be able to turn around creative requests within 24–48 hours
English Proficiency
Must be able to communicate verbally and over text proficiently in English
