JOB OVERVIEW

I’m an entrepreneur and content creator looking for a reliable video editor to turn my raw talking-head videos into polished vertical content, and to post them across my social channels.

How it works:
I record myself reading a script to camera and send you the raw footage. You edit it into a scroll-stopping short video, write the caption and post it for me on a regular schedule.

What you’ll do:

Edit vertical videos (9:16) for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
Cut dead air, mistakes and pauses to keep the pacing tight
Add dynamic captions, b-roll, zooms, sound effects and background music
Create strong hooks in the first 3 seconds
Export clean final files in the right format for each platform
Write captions and add relevant hashtags
Upload and schedule posts on my accounts on an agreed schedule
Keep a simple content tracker so I can see what’s been published

Requirements:

Proven experience editing short-form vertical content
Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar
Good eye for pacing, captions and trending editing styles
Good written English
Reliable, meets deadlines, communicates clearly
Stable internet and a computer able to handle video editing

Nice to have:

Speaks Greek (beneficial, but not required)
Experience with business, finance or educator-style content
Basic knowledge of social media growth and what makes videos perform
Ability to suggest improvements to hooks and structure
