JOB OVERVIEW

We're running a growing US supplement brand selling through paid funnels on META. We make bold claims backed by real science, and our creative needs to match. We're building a lean remote team of specialists who move fast and produce work that converts.

**What you'll do**

- Edit short-form video ads (15–90 sec) optimized for META feed and Reels — fast cuts, captions, hooks, CTAs
- Produce animated explainer videos and motion graphics (supplement benefits, before/after flows, product spotlights)
- Use your own AI tools (ElevenLabs, Runway, Kling, HeyGen, etc.) to speed up production and elevate quality
- Write or refine video scripts using Claude — you can take a brief and turn it into a compelling ad script
- Iterate fast based on performance feedback without being told the answer

**Requirements — must haves**

- 1+ year editing specifically for supplement brands running paid META campaigns
- Portfolio of supplement video ads you personally edited (not just general content)
- Skilled in animation and motion graphics — After Effects, CapCut Pro, Premiere, or equivalent
- Active user of AI video/audio tools — you already pay for and use tools like ElevenLabs, Runway, HeyGen, Kling, or similar
- Understands Claude (Anthropic) and can use it to research, script, and refine ad copy without hand-holding
- Can write scripts from scratch — not just edit footage
- Can deliver a polished 60-sec ad within 48 hours of receiving a brief

- Experience with VSL-style content
- Familiar with direct response marketing principles (hooks, agitation, solution, CTA)
- Has worked with ecommerce brands targeting the US market
- Can do AI voiceover generation and syncing
