Responsibilities
You will receive:
* Professional raw footage from our production team
* Brand guidelines
* Creative references
* Scripts and messaging
Your responsibilities include:
* Edit cinematic brand commercials (30–60 seconds)
* Create high-converting TikTok/Reels/Shorts (15–30 seconds)
* Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, and sound design
* Use AI
* Color grade footage professionally
* Sync footage with music and voiceovers
* Create multiple hooks and variations for A/B testing
* Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short-form assets
* Organize project files for future revisions

Software Requirements
Must be proficient in one or more:
* Adobe Premiere Pro
* DaVinci Resolve
* Final Cut Pro
* CapCut Desktop (Pro)
Bonus:
* After Effects
* Photoshop
* Illustrator

? Understands modern UGC editing styles
? Can create videos that convert—not just look pretty
? Understands TikTok, Instagram Reels,
? Has strong storytelling ability
? Can work quickly with minimal supervision
? Has excellent English communication

Deliverables Per Project
Typical project includes:
* 1 cinematic master commercial (45–60 sec)
* 6–12 short-form videos
* Multiple hooks
* Multiple CTA variations
* Different aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)
* Thumbnail selection
* Caption styling
