Video Editor — Social Ads (AI-First) | Scentech | Part time

We scale fast. We need someone who edits faster.

Scentech is a Dutch e-commerce brand selling smart home fragrance diffusers. We run Meta ads every week. Good ones. The kind that stop the scroll and move product.

We're looking for a video editor who uses AI tools the way a good chef uses knives — naturally, instinctively, without thinking twice about it. You know how to fill gaps. Real footage, AI-generated clips, stock — whatever it takes to make the edit land.

What you'll do

• Edit 5+ short-for ---------- ta ads per week (9:16, 15–30 sec)
• Occasionally produce polished Google video ads (16:9)
• Work from detailed creative briefs — references, structure, copy, and branding are provided
• Mix real footage with AI-generated or stock content when needed
• Deliver multiple variants per concept (we test everything)

What we need

• You've edited Meta ads before — and you have the work to prove it
• You have a real understanding of direct-response ad structure: hook ? problem ? solution ? offer
• AI tools are part of your standard workflow (Kling, Runway, Pika, ElevenLabs — you pick, as long as you use them)
• You can work with voiceover, text overlays, music — and know when to use which
• You deliver on time, take feedback well, and don't disappear between rounds
• You communicate in English

What this looks like in practice

We'll send you a creative brief with reference videos and a Google Drive folder of footage. Your job is to make something better than the reference — using whatever tools and techniques you need to get there.

Sometimes the footage is complete. Sometimes it's not. We expect you to solve that, not flag it.

The role

Contractor. Project-based to start — minimum 5 videos per week. As we grow, you grow with us. This is a long-term relationship if the work is good.
