We’re looking for a highly skilled Performance Video Editor for Meta Ads who goes beyond editing and understands research, psychology, and conversion. Your role will involve conducting deep market and competitor research, analyzing customer behavior and pain points, writing your own high-converting scripts, and producing scroll-stopping Meta ad creatives built for performance (CTR, hook rate, retention, ROAS). You must be confident researching independently, understanding target audiences, creating multiple testing variations, and thinking like a direct-response marketer — not just an editor. Proven experience with Meta ads and performance-driven creative is required.
