JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the fashion/footwear niche running paid ads on Meta (Facebook & Instagram). We are looking for a performance creative who can take our scripts and concepts and turn them into short-form video ads and static creatives that look real, feel native, and actually convert.

This is an execution-focused role. We handle the research, scripts, and strategy — your job is to bring it to life fast and clean. If you have instincts for what performs on Meta and want to contribute ideas, we welcome that too.

One thing is non-negotiable: the output must never look like AI. We want ads that feel authentic, human, and real — even when AI tools are used to produce them.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Edit short-form video ads (15–30 seconds) optimized for Meta (Reels/Stories format)
• Take a reference video we provide and swap out the product — keeping the structure, pacing and feel identical
• When we find a winning ad, create variations: different hooks, different opening scenes, different angles — same core concept
• Produce UGC-style content that feels genuine and human, not polished or corporate
• Use AI tools (Higgsfield, Sora, Kling, Runway or similar) in a way that the final output does NOT look AI-generated
• Create static ad creatives (single image, carousel) from provided briefs and assets
• Add text overlays, hooks, captions and voiceovers to videos
• Deliver clean, platform-ready files consistently and on time

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU...
• Have hands-on experience editing short-form video ads for Facebook or Instagram
• Have experience with product swaps — taking an existing video and replacing the product seamlessly
• Know how to make AI-generated footage look real and human (this is a hard requirement — we will test this)
• Have worked with AI video tools such as Sora, Higgsfield, Kling, Runway or Pika
• Have created or edited UGC-style content before
• Know what makes a Meta ad perform: thumb-stop hooks, pacing, authentic feel, strong CTAs
• Are experienced with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software
• Can take a brief and execute without needing constant back-and-forth
• Are reliable, fast, and consistent — deadlines matter

BONUS POINTS IF YOU...
• Have a portfolio showing UGC-style ads for fashion or lifestyle brands
• Can suggest hook or angle variations based on what you have seen perform on Meta
• Have experience scaling winning ads into test variations
• Have additional skills in graphic design, copywriting, or Facebook Ads

WHAT WE OFFER
• $4–$7 per hour based on experience and quality of work
• Part-time, long-term position with room to grow
• Scripts, reference videos and concepts provided — your job is to execute
• Direct communication with the founder
• Room to scale hours as the brand grows

HOW TO APPLY
Start your message with "SCALE READY" on the very first line — applications that do not start with this will not be considered.

Then include:

1. Two examples of Meta video ads you have edited or created — bonus if one is UGC-style
2. A short paragraph about which AI video tools you use and how you make the output look real, not AI-generated
3. Your available hours per week and your rate

One more thing: in 2–3 sentences, tell us what you would do if we gave you a winning video ad and asked you to make 3 variations of it. What would you change and why? Applicants who skip this will not move forward.
