?Job Title: Video Repurposing Specialist (YouTube to Facebook Reels) – Concrete & Construction Niche
?Role Overview:
I am a professional concrete contractor with over 40 years of experience and a massive library of educational and "satisfying" concrete construction footage on YouTube (Everything About Concrete). I am looking for a talented, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help me dominate Facebook Reels.
?Your primary goal is to turn my long-form YouTube library into high-engagement Reels that drive revenue via Facebook ---------- . You aren’t just "cutting" videos; you are a storyteller who knows how to stop the scroll.
?Daily/Weekly Responsibilities:
?Identify Hooks: Mine my YouTube videos for the most interesting, satisfying, or educational ---------- nts.
?Edit 12–15 Reels Per day: Create fast-paced, high-quality short-form videos (9:16) using CapCut or similar tools.
?Engagement-First Editing: Add dynamic captions, progress bars, and "oddly satisfying" sound design where appropriate.
?Bypass AI Flags: Ensure all content is "transformative" to meet Facebook’s monetization policies (avoiding "Limited Originality of Content" flags).
?Scheduling: Post/Schedule directly to the Facebook Page with optimized headlines and descriptions.
?Required Skills:
?CONCRETE: You must start your application with this word in all caps so I know you read this.
?Expertise in CapCut, OpusClip, or Descript.
?A "eye" for viral content—you know what makes people stop scrolling in the first 3 seconds.
?Experience with Facebook Meta Business Suite and ---------- rules.
?Ability to work independently and find the "gems" in long-form footage without constant hand-holding.
?Salary & Hours:
?Type: Part-time to start (approx. 10–15 hours/week), with potential for Full-Time.
?Rate: $5.00 USD per hour, paid weekly.
?Performance Bonus: Bonuses available based on page growth and monetization earnings.
