JOB OVERVIEW

Run Our Automated YouTube Video Workflow (Long-Term)

We run a fast-growing YouTube channel management company. Our videos are largely generated by our own automation tool, we're looking for a reliable VA to operate that workflow from start to finish: input ? generate ? polish ? publish.

How the workflow works:

Input — You receive the topic and materials for each video and fill in the required info in our tool
Generate — The tool automatically creates the full video for you
Edit — You do a light final edit: the videos are slideshow-style (images placed in sequence), so this is quick and simple — no advanced editing skills needed. You check that everything flows well, fix anything that looks off, and make sure the output is clean
Publish — You upload the finished video to the right YouTube channel, add the title, description, and thumbnail, and schedule it according to our publishing calendar

You'll be running this workflow across multiple channels on a fixed weekly schedule.

What you'll be responsible for:

Producing and publishing videos end-to-end using our tool
Making sure every video meets our quality bar before it goes live
Publishing the right video to the right channel, on time, every time
Keeping our tracker updated so the team always knows the status of each video
Flagging issues early (tool errors, missing materials) instead of letting deadlines slip

What we're looking for:

Comfortable learning new software quickly, we'll train you on our tool with full documentation and examples
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, or similar). The editing is simple, but your eye for detail matters
Experience with YouTube Studio (uploading, scheduling, metadata) is a big plus
Extremely reliable, our channels run on a fixed publishing schedule and consistency is everything
Organized: you'll manage multiple channels at once without mixing things up
Daily communication in English via WhatsApp/Slack
