JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Video & Photo Editor to join our team, specializing in cinematic wedding films. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of DaVinci Resolve for high-quality video editing and Lightroom for portrait and wedding photo editing. Experience with social media reels is a plus. You should be able to manage video projects efficiently, maintain consistency in editing style, and ensure high-quality final deliverables.

Responsibilities:
-Edit cinematic wedding films using DaVinci Resolve with a focus on storytelling, pacing, and smooth transitions.
-Perform color correction and color grading to achieve a polished, professional look.
-Edit and enhance wedding and portrait photos using Lightroom.
-Manage and organize video projects, ensuring smooth workflow and file management.
-Edit short-form content such as social media reels (preferred but not required).
-Maintain consistency in editing style while adapting to client preferences.
-Ensure high-quality sound design and audio balance (bonus but experience not required).

Qualifications:
-Proficient in DaVinci Resolve with expertise in color correction and grading.
-Strong understanding of cinematic storytelling, pacing, and composition.
-Experience in Lightroom for wedding and portrait photo editing.
-Knowledge of sound design and audio mixing (bonus but not required).
-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
-Highly organized with attention to detail and consistency in editing.
-Experience working remotely with a strong sense of self-management.
