JOB OVERVIEW

Dear,

For our fast-growing e-commerce brand, we are on track to hit 8 figures this year. Therefore, we are looking for a high-level Video Editor / Image Editor with proven experience producing high-converting ad creatives for major e-commerce brands to become a core part of our creatives team.

We are not looking for beginner editors or basic freelancers. We are looking for someone who understands performance marketing, direct response advertising, and how to create creatives that actually generate revenue at scale.

You must be extremely creative, fast, detail-oriented, and performance-focused when producing content.

Please answer the following questions if you are interested:

Do you have experience creating direct response ad creatives for e-commerce brands?

Have you worked with 6–7–8 figure Shopify brands before?

Can you provide examples of ads you edited that performed well in paid advertising campaigns?

Which software do you primarily use for editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.)?

Are you comfortable producing multiple creative variations for testing and scaling ads?

Do you understand UGC ad structure, hooks, retention editing, and conversion-focused creatives?

Are you available full-time, 6–7 days a week, and responsive during business hours?

As a Video Editor / Image Editor you must have:

Proven experience creating high-converting ad creatives for e-commerce brands (Must)

Strong video editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent software (Must)

Strong image editing and graphic design skills using Photoshop or equivalent tools (Must)

Deep understanding of direct response marketing and performance creatives (Must)

Ability to create multiple ad variations quickly for testing and scaling campaigns (Must)

Ability to edit UGC style ads, product ads, and paid social creatives (Must)

Strong sense of hook creation, pacing, retention editing, and storytelling (Must)

Highly responsive, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment (Must)

Prior experience working with 7-figure brands or marketing agencies (Pre)

Your duties will be:

Editing high-converting video ads for platforms such as Facebook and Instagram

Creating image creatives for paid advertising campaigns

Producing multiple creative variations for testing and scaling campaigns

Implementing hooks, captions, motion graphics, and retention-based editing

Following creative briefs and marketing strategies provided by the team

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop new creative angles and concepts

Organizing and maintaining creative files and workflows

Delivering creatives quickly and consistently to support advertising campaigns

Ensuring all creatives meet brand standards and performance goals
