We're a fast-scaling DTC pet health brand running performance ads across the US, UK, AU. We're hiring ONE experienced editor/designer who can own creative execution across video ads and static design work.
This isn't an entry-level role. We want someone who's already good, already fast, and wants to get great.
Who we're looking for:
2+ years editing direct response / performance ads (ideally DTC e-commerce)
Strong design eye — you can create thumb-stopping statics, not just cut video
Fluent written + spoken English (you'll be on calls and reading briefs daily)
Heavy AI tool user — voiceovers, image gen, upscaling, motion. If you're not using AI daily in 2026, this isn't for you
Independent operator — you read a brief, ask smart questions, then execute. We don't want to hold your hand on every frame
Available full-time during PH day hours (NOT night shift — we need overlap with our team)
What you'll do:
Edit high-performing video ads for Meta (primary channel) — mostly long-form VSL style, 60-120 sec
Design statics, thumbnails, and supporting creative assets
Work with provided UGC + B-roll, and source your own when needed
Ship fast without sacrificing quality — speed matters in our testing volume
