JOB OVERVIEW

Hello, we're a growing Ecom brand looking for a part ---------- time short-form video editor.

Upfront: please don't send any long ai written polished messages to apply, make it short and real.

We're looking for 3 main qualities:
- Experience editing videos for other Ecom brands (Pls. submit portfolio)
- Good communication, so good English and fast response times, no holding back when having questions
- Hungry to improve and level up: Fast learner, adaptive to Feedback. I'd prefer someone with less experience but where I can see they're actually trying to make a good video, and not just finishing their hours with the bare minimum efford;
Someone who adapts to Feedback and makes revisions, until the output is good. And then not making that mistake again

If you think you actually can fulfill these qualities, then please apply with the portfolio and short summary of work experience.

You will then have the opportunity to make some sample edits, so we can see if you can follow the instructions well.

If you're accepted, then we will try for around a week to work with you, on a paid basis. If we see that you don't fulfill these 3 qualities we are looking for, then we gotta end it. So please only apply if you're really sure you can do this, otherwise you're wasting your and our time, because we will notice fast if you're a good fit or not.
