Video Editor for a YouTube Channel

I'm looking for an editor who meets the following criteria :)

Edit the videos in Premiere in the style of: ----------

This editing isn't about zooms, cuts, or effects.
It's about finding Google images of what's being talked about, plus drawings from the resource library I'll give you, and placing them with no extra editing, like in a whiteboard video.
The key is choosing the right pictures and placing them in sync with the audio.

- You'll use a library of our own drawings, which I'll provide.
- Video length: 15 minutes.
- On the first video, I'll train you so you understand the style I'm looking for.
- Pay is $200 per month for 3 videos a week, with a raise after a few videos if you adapt well and the final result is good.
- Long-term work.
