JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! I’m Yvonne, a real estate consultant based in Singapore.

I’m looking for a creative, reliable and detail-oriented remote video editor to help me produce engaging videos for my personal brand.

My content includes:

* Property reviews
* Property market analysis
* Educational real estate videos
* Behind-the-scenes of my work as a property consultant
* Occasional lifestyle and personal content

My goal is simple: I want to educate, build trust with my audience and create content that genuinely helps people make better property decisions.

I’m looking for someone who enjoys storytelling through video and wants to build a long-term working relationship rather than just complete one-off projects.

Your Responsibilities

* Edit long-form YouTube videos (typically 8–20 minutes)
* Edit Instagram Reels, TikTok and other short-form videos
* Remove mistakes, pauses and unnecessary sections
* Improve pacing and storytelling to keep viewers engaged
* Add subtitles and captions
* Add simple motion graphics, transitions and animations where appropriate
* Include background music and sound effects when suitable
* Perform basic colour correction and audio enhancement
* Organise project files and export videos in the correct formats
* Make revisions based on feedback

What I’m Looking For

Someone who:

* Has experience editing YouTube videos and short-form content
* Has a good eye for pacing and storytelling
* Is creative and enjoys making videos engaging
* Communicates well in English
* Is reliable, organised and able to meet deadlines
* Is open to feedback and willing to improve
* Takes pride in producing high-quality work

Experience editing business, educational or real estate content is a bonus, but not required.

If you’re familiar with AI editing tools (such as Premiere Pro AI features, Descript, Opus Clip, ChatGPT or similar tools), I’d love to hear how you use them to improve your workflow.

How We’ll Work Together

I’ll provide:

* Raw footage
* Editing direction and references
* Logos, photos, floor plans and branding assets where required

You’ll:

* Edit the videos
* Submit the first draft
* Make revisions if required
* Deliver the final version ready for publishing

Initially, this will be a part-time position, with the opportunity to grow into a larger role as my content output increases.
