JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a high-output, creative Video Editor to join our fast-growing supplement brand. This role is focused on producing 20–30 ad-ready video creatives daily, built from competitor inspiration, organic content, and our existing asset library. You’ll work closely with our Creative Strategist while also driving your own concepts forward.

Responsibilities:
- Rip and repurpose competitor ads, making strategic edits so they feel fresh and original.
- Conduct basic product research to understand benefits/features and translate them into ad angles.
- Source organic content from TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms by searching relevant keywords, then reformatting it into ad creatives.
- Edit 20–30 video ads daily using existing assets, competitor inspiration, and organic UGC.
- Work closely with our Creative Strategist to bring ideas to life, while also ideating new ad concepts independently.
- Implement hooks, text overlays, transitions, and music/sound selection to keep ads scroll-stopping and performance-driven.
- Continuously iterate on winning ads to maximize performance.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience editing high-volume e-commerce video ads (supplements or consumer products preferred).
- Ability to work fast and at scale without sacrificing quality.
- Skilled in CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent editing tools.
- Strong eye for trends, hooks, and ad storytelling.
- Ability to source and creatively repurpose organic/UGC content into effective ads.
- Self-starter who can work under direction but also generate their own ad ideas.

Bonus: Familiarity with Meta and TikTok ad formats.
