Test Task: Social Media Reel Editing with Tiered Content Framework

Objective:
Create three 15-30 second social media reels (for Instagram or TikTok) based on a specific topic. Each reel should align with the Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 content strategy, as outlined below.

Guidelines:

Tier 1 - Authority / Educational Reel:

Goal: Establish authority and showcase expertise.

Content Focus: Provide valuable tips, insights, or actionable advice on a topic.

Hook (First 3-5 seconds): Start with a strong statement or a compelling question that showcases your expertise.

CTA (Call-to-Action): Ask the audience to follow for more tips or direct them to a detailed blog or article.

Style: Calm, professional, and expert-led.

Tier 2 - Geo-Anchored / Logistical Reel:

Goal: Highlight location-specific content that resonates with local audiences.

Content Focus: Showcase a local service, event, or relevant area-specific topic.

Hook (First 3-5 seconds): Use a localized approach to grab attention, e.g., "Planning a wedding in Rockleigh, NJ? Here’s why you need the right photographer."

CTA (Call-to-Action): Encourage viewers to reach out for more information or book a consultation.

Style: Informative, relatable, with a touch of local flavor.

Tier 3 - Mirror-Statement / Emotional Reel:

Goal: Connect emotionally with the audience, building empathy or resonance.

Content Focus: Tell a relatable story, share a behind-the-scenes ---------- nt, or show a meaningful emotional connection.

Hook (First 3-5 seconds): Start with a powerful, emotional ---------- nt or relatable scenario.

CTA (Call-to-Action): Prompt engagement with a question or an invitation to share their experience.

Style: Empathetic, emotional, and authentic.

Specific Instructions:

Footage: Use either your own footage (if available) or stock footage to fit the content. Incorporate on-screen text where necessary.

Music: Include royalty-free music or audio that fits the tone of the reel (calm for Tier 1, energetic for Tier 2, emotional for Tier 3).

Text Overlays: Include relevant text for key points, especially for Tier 1 and Tier 2 content.

Video Format: Deliver the video in both Instagram Reel (9:16) and TikTok format.

Evaluation Criteria:
Adherence to Tier Framework:
Did the candidate successfully follow the Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 guidelines for content, style, and CTA?

Creativity & Engagement:
How creative was the content? Did it align with the target audience for each tier? How well did it engage viewers?

Technical Skills:
Was the editing smooth? Did the pacing, cuts, and audio work well together? Did they ensure fast transitions to keep the viewer engaged?
