Job Title: URGENT – Video Editor for Social Media Content Agency
Employment Type: Part-Time

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and creative video editor who wants consistent work and long-term growth with a serious team.

Role Overview
As our Video Editor, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage into high-retention short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. This role requires strong pacing instincts, attention to detail, and the ability to match an established brand style. Training and examples will be provided, but we are looking for someone who already understands what makes short-form content perform.

Responsibilities
Edit short-form videos ranging from 30 to 90 seconds
Add captions, transitions, B-roll, motion graphics, and engaging visual elements
Ensure edits are optimized for retention and social media pacing
Match our current editing style and brand identity
Deliver projects on deadline with consistent quality
Communicate clearly and reliably with the team
Incorporate feedback quickly and professionally

Requirements
Strong portfolio of short-form content (links required)
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar professional editing software
Understanding of social media trends, hooks, pacing, and retention strategies
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction
Reliable internet connection
Fast turnaround times and strong time management

Pay Structure
Starting Rate: $15 to $20 per video based on skill level and consistency
Performance Raises: After 3 to 6 months of consistently high-quality work, pay increases to $25 per video
Long-Term Growth: After 12 months of proven loyalty and performance, pay can increase to $30 per video
