JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S. real estate team looking for a creative video editor who can turn raw footage and ideas into scroll-stopping content. You will edit listing and property videos, short-form social clips, and motivational content that builds our brand and connects with our audience. If you know your way around AI editing tools and understand what makes real estate content actually perform, we want to see your work.

Rate: $5/hour USD to start

You must have:

1. Proven experience editing real estate content (listing videos, property tours, agent branding, short-form reels)
2. Hands-on experience with AI video and content platforms (for example: Descript, Runway, HeyGen, CapCut, Opus Clip, ElevenLabs, or similar)
3. The ability to create motivational and mindset content that inspires and drives engagement
4. Experience creating and editing content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
5. A sharp eye for pacing, captions, music, and hooks that hold attention in the first three seconds

Nice to have:

Experience supporting realtors or a real estate team
Familiarity with agent recruiting or personal-brand content
Basic motion graphics or animated text

The folder also includes a completed, edited video so you can see the style, pacing, and branding we are going for. Match that look and feel using the brand fonts and colors above.
