WHAT YOU'LL BE EDITING
Short-form vertical video ads (1-2 minutes), typically built around a script OR unscripted testimonials with b-roll and stock footage layered in. Clean, cinematic, and premium-looking content.
This is important: What we're NOT looking for is an editor who relies on flashy transitions, flying text, and motion effects to carry a video. If your best work is built around those things, we're probably not the right fit. If your best work is built around making footage feel intentional and polished - we want to hear from you. What we care about is the fundamentals: pacing decisions, choosing the best takes, b-roll selection, color correction, and clean storytelling.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We can teach technical skills. What's harder to find - and what we care about most - is two things:
1. Attention to detail and ability to learn from feedback. Before you send any edit, you've already watched it three times and caught every issue yourself. We understand mistakes happen, but we should never have to tell you something twice.
2. A good eye. Specifically when it comes to stock footage and b-roll. You know the difference between a clip that feels natural and cinematic versus one that looks awkward or like generic stock footage.

PAY
We pay $75+ per video depending on length and complexity. Editors who deliver clean, revision-light work that we can approve quickly become invaluable. If you takes pride in getting it right before it ever lands in our inbox, there's room to earn more here.
REQUIREMENTS
— Adobe Premiere Pro 2025 / 2026 (required)
— The ability to edit at least 3-5 videos per week
— Fluent English, written and spoken
— Experience editing short-form testimonial videos, cinematic interview-style content, and lifestyle b-roll
— A computer capable of storing and handling 4K footage and graphics smoothly
— Strong communication and responsiveness - if we send a message, we expect a reply the same day
— Open-minded and willing to learn new systems and workflows
