Part time to full time. Depending on performance

I’m a keynote speaker with hours of full-length speeches, and my goal is to grow my social media presence across Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube long-form. I need a proactive editor who can turn raw keynotes into content that actually performs.
Here’s the workflow: I upload a long keynote, you review the auto-generated candidates from Opus Clip, pick the strongest five short-form clips, tighten the cuts, fix the captions, and deliver clean vertical clips. You also cut one longer-form YouTube version per keynote — a five to fifteen minute highlight reel with chapters, a title, and a thumbnail concept in Canva. Tools: Opus Clip, Wondershare Filmora, and Canva.
What I’m looking for:
• Experience repurposing long-form video into short-form and long-form content
• Good judgment on which moments actually matter — not just the loudest ones
• Proactive: you propose the next batch of clips and YouTube cuts instead of waiting for instructions
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working async
Pay: eight to twelve US dollars per hour, part-time, around fifteen to twenty hours a week. Long-term if we click.
