We’re looking for an experienced video editor who understands ADS, not just video editing.
You should have experience editing Meta/Facebook ads designed to generate leads and make businesses money. Experience working with contractors/home-service businesses is a big plus.
What We Need
Our typical ad structure is:
1 Meat & Potatoes: The main 45–75 second ad
5 Hooks: Five different openings that lead into the same Meat & Potatoes
You'll edit all 5 hook variations + the main body into ready-to-run ads.
You should be able to complete 5 hooks + 1 Meat & Potatoes edit in roughly 4–5 hours while maintaining the quality standard below. We have significant monthly demand, so speed AND quality matter.
The Standard You Must Match
Our previous editor, Ronaldo, created the style and quality we're looking for.
Examples of Ronaldo's work:
PLEASE WATCH THESE BEFORE APPLYING.
ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE CONFIDENT YOU CAN MEET OR EXCEED THIS STANDARD.
We're not looking for someone who wants to learn ad editing on the job. You should already understand pacing, pattern interrupts, B-roll, captions, sound design, visual storytelling, and how to keep someone watching an ad.
Paid Trial
The first assignment will be a paid project where you'll be asked to emulate Ronaldo's editing style.
If you nail the trial, this can turn into a good amount of consistent work every month across multiple clients.
To Apply
Send us:
3 examples of ADS you've edited — preferably ads that actually generated leads/sales.
Briefly explain what businesses/results those ads produced, if you know.
Confirm you've watched Ronaldo's examples and can match that standard.
Tell us approximately how long you'd need to edit 1 Meat & Potatoes + 5 hooks.
Again: Please do not apply unless you've watched the examples and genuinely believe you can produce work at that level.
