We’re looking for an experienced VSL Editor who truly understands direct-response marketing and has edited proven winning creatives for eCommerce brands.

You’ll be responsible for editing short and long-form
We’re not looking for someone who just “cuts clips” - we need someone who understands performance editing, pacing, emotional storytelling, and how to make viewers stop scrolling.
???? What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience editing high-performing VSLs (not UGC mashups or simple cuts)
- Deep understanding of direct-response principles (hooks, pattern interrupts, call-to-action timing, etc.)
- Strong sense of storytelling and pacing
- Excellent English comprehension for matching visuals with spoken script
- Experience working with brands that spend on paid traffic
