About Us
We run multiple e-commerce brands selling physical products through Meta
This is not a one-off project. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term, take ownership of the creative output, and eventually become our go-to person for all things video.
What You'll Be Doing
- Edit video ads (1–5 minutes) optimized for Meta platforms
- Create multiple hook variations for each ad concept (different openings, different angles)
- Source and curate stock footage, UGC clips, and B-roll to build compelling ad creatives
- Add text overlays, captions, transitions, sound design, and music to maximize engagement and watch time
- Adapt and localize winning international ad creatives for our target market
- Work from scripts and briefs we provide — but also bring your own creative eye and suggestions
- Deliver fast turnarounds with clean, organized project files
Requirements
Must Have
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut (or both)
- Strong understanding of video ad pacing, hooks, and retention techniques
- Experience editing direct-response or e-commerce video ads (not just vlogs or YouTube content)
- Ability to source and work with stock footage, UGC content, and product clips
- Good eye for typography, color grading, and visual hierarchy in ad creatives
- Reliable internet connection and able to work during overlapping business hours
- Strong communication skills — you ask questions when the brief is unclear, not after delivery
Nice to Have
- Experience with After Effects for motion graphics and animated text
- Familiarity with what makes ads perform on Meta (thumb-stop rate, hold rate, CTR)
- Experience working with product-based businesses or dropshipping/e-commerce brands
- Ability to create simple product mockups or lifestyle composites

How to Apply — Paid Test Task
**Important:** Do NOT just send your resume. We use a short paid test task to find the right person. Here's how it works:
1. We'll send you a product and a script for a 1–2 minute video ad
2. You'll create 1–2 edited versions of the video, each with 3 different hooks (openings)
3. We provide the script only — you source the footage, choose the music, handle the pacing and editing
4. We'll evaluate: edit quality, pacing, content sourcing, creativity, turnaround time, and how well you follow the brief
5. You'll be paid for the test task regardless of the outcome
This tells us more than any portfolio ever could. We want to see how you work, how you think, and how fast you move — not just your highlight reel.
