Hello,
We're Sautille, a fast-growing UK toddler shoe brand. We're looking for a full-time Video Editor to create conversion-focused video ads for Meta
The job:
• Edit video ads that convert — hooks, pacing, subtitles, zooms, b-roll sequencing
• Work from audio files, scripts, our content library and briefs provided by our Creative Strategist
• Deliver multiple variations per ad (we call this a "batch")
• Source b-roll footage when needed
• Implement feedback and improve based on references
This is execution, not strategy. You receive the audio, the format, all b-rolls and the instructions — then you make it happen.
Workload:
• ~3 batches/day (1 batch = 1 ad + 3-5 variations)
• Full-time: ~40 hours/week, 6 days/week
• Clear weekly schedule planned in advance
We're looking for:
• E-commerce video editing experience (Meta ads, not just TikTok or vlogs)
• Ability to create hooks that capture attention in the first 2 seconds
• Eye for quality footage — you know what feels authentic and engaging
• Volume + quality mindset — fast and clean, not slow and over-perfectionist
• Minimal revisions needed before an ad is ready
• CapCut proficiency
