JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a fast, reliable video editor to join our team and help us produce direct-response video ads at a consistent volume.

This is a pure video editing and execution role.

Speed Is Extremely Important

Speed is everything in this role.

We have intentionally removed almost every time-consuming task from the editor's plate so that you can focus entirely on editing.

You will NOT need to:

Find or source footage
Search through folders for the right clips
D ---------- which clips should be used
Generate AI videos or images
Write scripts
Come up with creative concepts
Do creative research
Figure out the structure of the video

We will provide everything to you in an organized format.

You will receive the footage, assets, voiceovers, scripts, and clear instructions showing exactly what footage/frame goes where.

There should be very little time wasted figuring things out.

Your primary responsibility is to take everything we provide, put it together properly according to our SOPs, and deliver the finished video quickly and accurately.

We want editors spending their time editing, not searching, organizing, researching, or figuring out what to do.

What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

Putting provided footage together in the correct sequence
Syncing footage with voiceovers
Adding subtitles/captions
Adding text overlays
Adding transitions where appropriate
Adding basic motion graphics when required
Adding sound effects and music where required
Adjusting pacing and cuts to keep the video engaging
Following our existing editing style and SOPs
Making revisions when required
Exporting and delivering finished videos in the required formats

We will provide clear instructions for each video, including what footage goes where.

You do not need to figure out the creative direction yourself.

What We're Looking For

We want someone who:

Edits quickly without sacrificing quality
Is highly efficient with their editing workflow
Has strong attention to detail
Can follow instructions exactly
Understands pacing for short-form/direct-response video ads
Can create clean, readable subtitles
Knows how to make cuts and transitions feel natural
Can consistently follow an established editing style
Can handle a consistent volume of videos
Does not unnecessarily overcomplicate simple edits
Communicates clearly
Meets deadlines consistently
Can take an SOP and execute without needing constant supervision

Experience editing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, UGC, or direct-response ads is a big plus.

You can use Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut Desktop, or another professional editing workflow as long as you can produce the required quality quickly.

Our Philosophy

We don't want an editor wasting 30 minutes looking for the right clip, another 20 minutes figuring out the script, and another hour trying to understand the creative direction.

We handle all of that.

Our team will take care of the preparation and creative decisions so that when the work reaches you, your job is straightforward:

Open the project → follow the instructions → edit → polish → export → move to the next video.

The more efficiently we can move through videos while maintaining our quality standards, the better.

Because of this, turnaround time and output will be important parts of how we evaluate performance in this role.
