We are seeking a talented video editor to join our growing content team.

You will be working with content from Daniel Moncada (Leonel Salamanca from Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul), Sarge Slays, and other streamers on Daniel's team. Content includes gaming, livestream highlights, behind the scenes footage, events, brand partnerships, podcasts, lifestyle content, and social media content.

This is an opportunity to work with recognizable personalities while helping build multiple brands across Twitch, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Kick, and other platforms.

Our ideal editor doesn't just edit videos. They live and breathe gaming, streaming, and internet culture. They understand the biggest creators, stay on top of new games, trends, ---------- s, and viral content, and know what makes viewers stop scrolling and keep watching.

Gaming is at the heart of what we do, so we need someone who genuinely understands the gaming and livestreaming space. You'll be expected to stay current on new games, industry news, content trends, emerging creators, and the latest editing styles so you can bring fresh ideas that help our content stand out.

This role will begin as an entry level position within our team. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us, not someone looking for a senior level salary on day one.

We are looking for someone who wants to build a long term career with our team and grow alongside our creators.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging short form content for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

• Edit long form YouTube content.

• Create highlight reels from livestreams.

• Add captions, graphics, sound effects, transitions, music, and motion effects.

• Organize and manage video assets.

• Create thumbnail concepts when needed.

• Work directly with management to execute content strategies.

• Assist with multiple streamers and brands as the team grows.

• Bring fresh ideas and stay ahead of current trends within the gaming and creator space.

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of viral short form content.

• Passion for gaming and a solid understanding of livestreaming culture.

• Keeps up with the latest games, creators, internet culture, ---------- s, industry news, and social media trends.

• Understands what makes content go viral and knows how to create videos that capture attention and keep viewers engaged.

• Can edit gaming, entertainment, lifestyle, podcast, IRL, and behind the scenes content while adapting to each creator's unique style.

• Knows how to identify the best ---------- nts from long livestreams and turn them into engaging clips.

• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar software.

• Fast turnaround times.

• Reliable communication.

• Self motivated and able to work independently.

• Willing to accept feedback, continue learning, and grow with the team.

Bonus Points

• You are an active gamer.

• You regularly watch Twitch, YouTube Gaming, Kick, or other livestreaming platforms.

• You have experience editing content for streamers or gaming creators.

• You have experience creating thumbnails and graphics.

• You understand YouTube analytics, audience retention, and social media trends.

• You use AI tools to improve your editing workflow and efficiency.

Required Editing Challenge

As part of the application process, all applicants who wish to be considered for this position must complete the editing challenge below.

We have provided a Dropbox folder containing a variety of raw footage from Daniel Moncada and our team.

We want to see how you think as a creator, not just as an editor.

Create a 30 to 60 second short form video that captures attention immediately and keeps viewers engaged from start to finish.

Remember, Daniel is best known for playing Leonel Salamanca in Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. His personality, expressions, and on camera presence are a huge part of his brand. When appropriate, lean into that identity while creating content that feels modern and optimized for today's social media platforms.

• What strategy you used to maximize viewer retention and engagement.

Submission Deadline

All submissions must be received by Friday, July 10, 2026.

After the submission deadline, we will carefully review every completed submission and select the top 3 to 5 editors to move forward to the next stage of the interview process.

Every applicant who completes the editing challenge will be given full consideration. We are looking for the editor who best understands our creators, our audience, and our vision.

If you currently work as part of an editing team or agency, we are not opposed to bringing on more than one editor if we find multiple candidates who are a great fit.
