Salary: AUD $800 per fortnight / AUD $1,600 per month

We work with builders, developers, architects, trades and construction brands to create high-quality video content that showcases beautiful homes, impressive projects, skilled workmanship and the people behind each business.

Our videos include project showcases, property reveals, social media reels, advertisements, interviews, educational content and behind-the-scenes footage from construction sites across Australia.

We are now looking for an experienced and highly skilled remote video editor to join our growing team.

About the Role

You will be responsible for producing polished, engaging and consistently high-quality video content for our clients.

This is not simply a role for someone who can cut footage together. We are looking for an editor with a strong creative eye who understands pacing, storytelling, music selection, sound design, colour, transitions and how to make construction and property content feel premium.

You will regularly edit footage featuring:

* Beautiful new homes, renovations and completed projects
* Construction sites and active building work
* Tradespeople and teams working on site
* Property and project reveals
* Interviews and talking-head videos
* Short-form social media content
* Paid social media advertisements
* Company and brand-focused videos

You will need to balance exceptional quality with speed. We produce a high volume of content, often with tight deadlines, so you must be organised, reliable and capable of maintaining a consistent standard across every project.

Working Schedule

This is a full-time remote position working:

Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday
8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sydney, Australia time

These working days are non-negotiable. Please carefully check how Sydney’s time zone, including daylight saving changes, aligns with your local time in the Philippines before applying.

As a guide, this will generally be:

* 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Philippine time when Sydney is on AEST
* 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Philippine time when Sydney is on AEDT

What We’re Looking For

The successful applicant will have:

* Strong professional video-editing skills
*Use Adobe Premiere Pro
* An excellent understanding of pacing, storytelling and viewer retention
* Experience creating premium-looking social media content
* The ability to use engaging transitions without making edits feel overdone
* Strong music-selection and sound-design skills
* Good colour-grading and audio-cleanup abilities
* The ability to work confidently with large amounts of data and 4K footage
* A computer capable of handling demanding editing projects
* Fast and reliable internet, including strong upload and download speeds
* The ability to produce quality work under time pressure
* Excellent organisation and file-management skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Clear English communication
* Reliability and the ability to follow instructions carefully
* The willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve

Experience editing construction, architecture or real estate content is preferred but not essential. If you have not worked in these industries before, you may still apply if you can demonstrate a relevant editing style and strong creative ability.

Include your processor, graphics card, RAM, storage and operating system.
2. Your experience working with large amounts of data and 4K footage
Explain whether your computer and workflow can comfortably handle demanding projects, multiple videos and tight deadlines.
3. Your internet speeds
Provide your current download and upload speeds. A screenshot from a recent speed test is preferred.
4. Relevant video examples
Share only a small number of carefully selected examples that demonstrate a similar editing style to the work described above.
Construction, architecture and real estate examples are preferred. If you do not have direct experience in these industries, select a few examples that best demonstrate premium visuals, engaging pacing, transitions, storytelling and attention to detail.
5. Confirmation of your availability
Confirm that you can work Thursday to Monday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sydney time, including weekends and Sydney daylight-saving changes.
6. Your availability to start
