We’re looking for someone ambitious, proactive, and excited to grow in a high-performance environment.

Our 8-figure e-commerce skincare brand is seeking a Facebook Ads Video Editor who can transform video scripts into sales machines. You strive to become one of the best at editing direct-response video ads. You want to work in a team that pushes you, where you grow and learn new things every day, while you’re rewarded for the results your videos bring.

Compensation

*Pay-per-video: $175 per fully completed and delivered video ad
*Typical output: 10–20 videos per month depending on your capacity
*Bonuses up to $5,000 per month based on ad performance
*$250 bonus for each individual ad that reaches $30,000 in ad spend
*Flexible 40h/week schedule equivalent
*Potential to advance to Video Editor Manager, leading your own team

Responsibilities

*Edit short-form UGC ads and long-form VSLs
*Collaborate with a video editing team led by a Creative Strategist, with ongoing feedback to level up fast.
*Your work is judged by sales performance. Our team manages over $1M per month in ad spend, and stronger results unlock bigger bonuses.
*Use ad account data to make data-driven iterations: new hooks, new angles, and new video variations.
*Study winning sales videos across industries to spot patterns and apply them to your edits.

Requirements

*1+ years of experience editing direct response video ads
*Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
*Fluent English (written and spoken) required
*Thrives under pressure and tight deadlines
*Obsessive appetite for growth, learning, and self-improvement
