JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! I am a mindset coach of 12+ years looking to grow my channel on YouTube. With your help, the channel will repurpose content and increase its publishing cadence.

This role is remote with upwards of 20-hour weeks and reliable pay. If you're looking for steady, meaningful work, this is for you.

Projects may include long-form editing, short-form editing, carousels for YT community posts, and more. This is your chance to be super creative, as I love when a designer experiments with colors, fonts, art, apps, animations, etc.!

Please have the following skills:
- intermediate or better experience with video editing in 4K
- graphic design using your app of choice
- familiarity with YouTube and successful title/thumbnail packaging
- proven Shorts strategy
- fluent speaker, reader and writer of English language
- accessible Mon-Fri
- communicative and responsive in a timely manner
- attention to detail

What you'll do:
- create engaging short-form content for Shorts, Reels and TikTok
- repurpose 60-minute long-form into sliced and edited 8- or 10- or 15-minute clips
- create promotional content using video footage, music, and other assets
- incorporate client feedback, review and brand style guide accurately and efficiently for polished, high-quality final files
- post to Community tab: copy, graphics, carousels and videos
- WhatsApp me comments that need my response, and for urgent requests
- be a team player
- meet weekly for a 30-minute status meeting
- submit open project status daily via Toggl and Trello

This job is part-time to start with full-time potential.
