JOB OVERVIEW

Contract | Remote | $30-35 per video | Growth + Bonus Opportunities

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable video editor to join our remote creative team and help us produce high-performing direct-response VSLs that blend storytelling, smart pacing, and scroll-stopping visuals.

These are 1–2-minute videos combining AI voiceovers, real-world footage, and TikTok-style B-roll to deliver emotional, authentic stories that convert.

You’ll be provided with everything you need — script, voiceover, direction, and examples — your job is to bring it to life through pacing, visuals, and clean editing.

???? What You’ll Be Doing

Editing up to 6 VSLs per week (bonus pay available for extra volume)

Using CapCut for editing (or similar tools)

Matching visuals, pacing, and music to scripted AI voiceovers

Pulling B-roll from Canva Pro, stock footage, or TikTok-style clips

Delivering emotional, polished, and conversion-focused edits

Strong skills in CapCut, Canva Pro, and TikTok-style editing

Fast turnaround and clean file delivery

Attention to detail — syncing visuals to emotion and script

Marketing instincts — you understand story, pacing, and engagement

Ability to follow brand direction and take feedback well

Bonus: experience editing UGC, eCommerce, or VSLs
