Anchored Market Ventures (AMV) helps farmers market vendors, small businesses, and market managers succeed through YouTube content, podcasts, books, and digital resources. We’re a veteran-owned business based in Florida, USA, and we run several farmers markets as well as national education platforms.

We’re growing fast and need a dedicated Video Editor VA to help us expand our content reach.

>>>> The Role

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented video editor who can:

Edit 12–30 minute YouTube videos (talking-head, educational, tutorials, interviews).

Cut short-form content (30–60 sec) from longer videos for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.

Add captions, transitions, b-roll, graphics, and music that keep videos engaging.

Follow brand guidelines (we’ll provide templates, fonts, and examples).

Meet deadlines consistently (48–72 hrs for long-form videos, 24–48 hrs for short-form clips).

Communicate clearly with our team (we use Google Drive, Trello/ClickUp, and Loom instructions).

Proficiency in ANY major editing software (DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut Desktop).

Strong understanding of YouTube content editing (pacing, hooks, retention).

Ability to create engaging social media clips with captions and motion text.

Good English comprehension for following instructions and catching context in videos.

Strong communication skills — able to ask questions and suggest improvements.

Thumbnail design (Photoshop, Canva, or similar).

Podcast audio cleanup/editing.

Familiarity with YouTube SEO and uploading workflow.

Hours: 20 hrs/week to start, with potential for full-time
