JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a full-time Video Editor to create high-converting videos and animation-style content for our e-commerce funnels.

This role is for someone who's not just an editor, but a performance-minded storyteller, able to turn scripts into sales assets using the right mix of visuals, pacing, and emotional logic.

Your mission:
Deliver high-quality video content weekly by sourcing the right clips, following scripts, and bringing ideas to life through animation, transitions, and smart editing.

What you'll be doing:

- Edit performance-driven videos based on provided scripts
- Source visual clips from stock platforms, YouTube, UGC, TikTok, etc.
- Use VEO3 AI tool to generate supplemental content when needed
- Create dynamic animations, text callouts, and transitions to improve engagement
- Work with copywriters and funnel strategists to match message and visuals
- Send daily EOD updates with your progress
- Collaborate in a fast-paced team, take feedback, iterate, improve

Requirements:

- Proven experience editing performance-driven or direct response videos
- Ability to source visuals efficiently (stock, UGC, TikTok, etc.)
- Strong sense of direct response structure (Hook ? Problem ? Agitation ? Solution ? CTA)
- Familiarity with tools like VEO3 is a plus, but not a replacement for clip sourcing
- Full-time availability; we are not hiring part-time or agency editors
- Strong communication skills and daily accountability
- Deadline-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented

Do not apply if:

- You only edit short, flashy TikToks with no sales structure
- You expect all assets to be handed to you. You must source content
- You can't commit to full-time work or daily check-ins

5. What's the most profitable video you've ever edited or helped produce? How much net profit or revenue did it help generate in 90 days? What was your specific contribution to that video? Paste hard evidence (funnel backend, performance dashboards, screenshots, or live links).
